Corridor Infernot and a circular room with a large central pillar. The perimeter of the room has a series of niches, some double, divided by carved columns. The perimeter of the pillar houses three levels of bottle racks. The front part of the pillar encloses
in a niche the sculpted head of a man with the inscription ANNO X, and further down, the bas-relief of a man riding a barrel. The upper part of the niches on the wall of the room bear colored engravings with the different names of the wines.
